The MVZ Hausarzt-Zentrum unites several family medicine locations in Germany. Together, our doctors, MFA and administrative teams ensure structured, high-quality and patient-oriented care. Central, digital billing processes support teams on site and ensure smooth workflows.

Your tasks

· You prepare invoices for private medical services according to applicable billing guidelines (e.g. GOÄ).

· You ensure complete and correct documentation

· You process billing-related inquiries

· You support with administrative tasks around billing

You bring

· A completed education as MFA or a comparable medical or commercial education

· Practical experience in private billing (GOÄ) – absolutely required

· Secure handling of practice or billing software, as well as MS Office

· A very meticulous, structured and independent working style

· High sense of responsibility and data protection awareness

· Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
