To support our HR team, we are looking for you as a Recruiter/in on a minijob basis.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• Support in operational recruitment (candidate management, pre-selection, scheduling)
• Review and evaluation of application documents
• Communication with applicants via email and phone
• Maintenance of applicant data in our recruitment system
• Support for job postings and recruitment campaigns
• Closely working together with HR and departments

Qualifikation

You bring:

• At least 6 months of practical experience in the field of recruitment or HR
  or
• Einschriebene/r Student/in (e.g. BWL, HR, Psychology, Business Psychology, etc.)
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable working style
• Discretion and a professional approach to sensitive data
• Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
