Minijob Content Creator (m/w/d) for @karlsruher.memes

We are looking for support for one of the largest local Social-Media-Sites in Karlsruhe.

You should be close to Karlsruhe, understand the humor of the city, know which topics currently work, and have a desire to make Memes, Reels, Stories, and Content ideas. The job is completely remote, but you should really live or be strongly rooted in Karlsruhe. There is no office in Karlsruhe, you will work flexibly from home or on the go.

The role is ideal if you love Social Media, have a good sense of Memes, and can imagine being part of a local media project that has reach in Karlsruhe.

Aufgaben

You develop Meme ideas for ----- and implement these independently or together with us.

You research daily what is happening in Karlsruhe, for example around KSC, Uni, Innenstadt, Gastro, Events, ÖPNV, Stadtleben, and local buzz.

You create simple Reels, Story ideas, and formats that fit the side and make the young Karlsruhe community feel.

You collect UGC, i.e., videos, hints, and submissions from the community, and help to turn this into good content.

You plan Stories, occasionally answer DMs, and develop a sense of what the community wants to see.

If you're interested, you can also occasionally appear in front of the camera. This is not a must, but a plus.

Qualifikation

You come from Karlsruhe or know the city extremely well.

You understand local humor and know which topics work in Karlsruhe.

You use Instagram and TikTok not only passively, but also understand why certain Memes, Reels, or Stories go viral.

You have a good sense of design, language, and timing.

You can reliably remote work and complete your tasks independently.

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok, or similar tools is a plus, but not a requirement if you learn quickly.

You don't need to have a completed degree and no perfect agency experience. What's more important is that you understand Karlsruhe, have good ideas, and feel Social Media.
