Minijob: Content Creator / Assistenz Social Media Management (m/w/d)

Tasks

We are looking for support in the field of Content Creation & Social Media at our location in Stuttgart, Germany (100% on-site).

You will be the face of our social media channels and set content professionally and authentically in front of the camera. Our customers trust us with their property – therefore, we place great value on creativity as well as a serious appearance.

Shooting video content at our location in Stuttgart

Main role in Reels for Instagram & Facebook (LinkedIn)

Potential content for TikTok

Implementation of scripts and strategies in coordination with the Social Media Management

Optional: Participation in video editing and bringing in own ideas

The position is designed as a mini-job with approximately 8 hours per week and initially for 3 months, with the option to extend. We would also like to address students or professionals with social media affinity.

Qualification

Pleasure in appearing in front of the camera

Authentic and professional demeanor

Very good German language skills on at least C1 level (spoken and written)

Basic understanding of social media (hooks, CTAs, Reels mechanics)

Sense for image composition, perspectives, and content impact

Independent and reliable work style

Own smartphone with excellent camera quality (e.g. iPhone or comparable) for creating video recordings

The created videos will be uploaded to a company-provided drive and deleted from the private end device after successful upload.
