Mit dem Zukunftstag bring us essential financial and economic knowledge to schools and thus close a large gap in the curriculum. Since 2019, we have developed into Germany's fastest-growing NGO in the field of financial education.

To support our team, we are looking for an engaged, communication-strong personality for the area School Communication & Fundraising – on-site at our Frankfurt office.

Aufgaben

• Project organization and coordination with schools that are conducting or would like to conduct a Zukunftstag
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of acquisition measures to win new schools for the Zukunftstag and award grants
• Creation and implementation of briefings for involved partners and actors
• Data collection, evaluation, and statistical processing of project data on planned and implemented Zukunftstagen
• Additional organizational, communicative, and coordinating tasks in the context of supporting school projects

Qualifikation

• Very good German language skills (at least C1) in writing and speaking
• A structured, meticulous, and reliable work style
• Organization talent and joy in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-reliance, solution-oriented thinking, and a quick comprehension ability
• Communication strength and a friendly, professional demeanor, especially when dealing with schools and partners
• Identification with the values of an education NGO:
  Determination · Respect · Responsibility · Cooperation

Bonus (not required):

• Experience with MS Office
• First encounters with administrative tasks
