We are the Work Safe Tec GmbH and develop with tagIDeasy a software for work safety, inventory, and testing management. For more visibility and clean marketing processes, we are looking for a 520-Euro-force (no student position) to support in LinkedIn, Instagram, Mailings, and Event Support.

Aufgaben

LinkedIn Content & Community (under guidance)

• Filling of LinkedIn Person Account(s) and Company Account
• Planning and publication of posts according to content plan (text, hashtags, timing)
• Creation of simple visuals in Canva (post graphics, event recaps, carousel posts)
• Community Management: observing comments, preparing responses, marking relevant people/companies
• Content Recycling: deriving short LinkedIn formats from webinars, events, blog entries, and updates

Mailings & CRM Support

• Support in creating newsletters and mailings (texts according to template, subject lines, preparation for sending)
• Maintenance and segmentation of contacts in HubSpot CRM
• Support in evaluations (e.g. opening rates, click-through rates, simple reports)

Website Support (WordPress)

• Publishing and formatting content in WordPress (blog articles, landing pages, minor adjustments)
• Bild and text preparation including SEO basics (header structure, meta title/description according to template)

Messe & Kongress Support

• Preliminary work for trade show/congress visits (checklists, materials, scheduling)
• Support on-site: organization, photos/short clips, notes, contacts documented
• Aftercare: recap content, prepare follow-ups, document contacts in CRM

Qualifikation

You bring with you

• Very good German skills and a good feeling for B2B communication
• Experience with LinkedIn and content creation (text + simple visuals)
• Familiarity with Canva and solid tool affinity
• First experiences with HubSpot and WordPress are a plus (or high willingness to learn)
• Structured work style, reliability, clean documentation
• Readiness to occasionally support events on-site (after consultation)
