We sell high-quality drinkware like water bottles, thermoses, and lunchboxes at MAMEIDO. For our customer service, we are looking for another team member! (10h/Week)

Tasks

• Counseling and Support: You answer questions about products, orders, shipping, and complaints quickly and reliably and ensure satisfied customers.
• Feedback Management: You collect and document customer feedback for continuous improvement of our products and services.
• You update product availability in internal systems and online platforms.

Qualification

• Reliability: Meeting deadlines is self-evident to you.
• Customer Orientation: You help our customers always solution-oriented and empathetic.
• Communication Strength: You can clearly and friendly convey relevant information..
• Organization: You are structured and routine in handling email and data tables.
