MINI-JOB Technical Property Supervisor/Building Surveyor in Energy Consulting (m/f/d)

As a growing company for real estate services in the areas of marketing, renovation, energy consulting, and property management, we are looking for you to support our team as a technical employee for building surveys.

Responsibilities

Your main areas of activity:

• On-site appointments with customers for building data acquisition
• Detailed building surveys of residential properties
• Comparison of customer information with our checklist
• Preparation of documents for our energy consultants
• Photo documentation of customer properties

Qualifications

And now about you:

• You have a good understanding of real estate and a high level of comprehension
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in a trade
• You have a high degree of personal responsibility and work independently
• You possess a valid driver's license class B
• You are open-minded and approachable towards our customers
