Main Responsibilities, Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for all positions Customer Service and Professionalism: A remedial massage therapist serves as a role model and sets the standard for all employees to maintain high-quality and consistent customer service. This requires an advanced knowledge of industry best practices and customer service. Communication: This position requires a commitment to details both verbally and non-verbally there-fore, the therapist must encourage cooperative communication with clients, colleagues, and management. Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks effectively is essential for this role. Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is required to ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, records, and reports. Problem-Solving: This position requires the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner. Teamwork: The therapist must be able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities is essential for this role. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for all positions: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration, accounting, or a health-related field would be an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary. Experience with accounting software and/or point-of-sale systems would be beneficial. Physical Demands: The therapist must be able to lift up to 25 kilograms, stand for extended periods, and move around the workplace as required.
