Job Title: Millwright Location: Olifantsfontein Industry: Food Manufacturing Job Summary: RPO Recruitment's client are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join their team at a food manufacturing facility in Olifantsfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various machinery and equipment within the plant to ensure efficient production operations. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment, including pumps, valves, gears, motors, and other mechanical components. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with established safety procedures and guidelines. Collaborate with maintenance team members to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks. Perform routine inspections of plant equipment to detect potential issues before they become major problems. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency. Key Requirements: 3-5 years' experience as a Millwright or similar role. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, valves, gears, motors, and other mechanical components. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Valid driver's license.
