Job Title: Millwork Designer / Modeler / Draftsman Location: Chennai/ Ahmedabad/ WFH Experience: 2–6 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking a skilled Millwork Designer / Modeler / Draftsman with hands-on experience in 3D millwork modelling and detailed shop drawings for custom cabinetry, casework, and architectural woodwork projects. The role requires close coordination with design, production, and installation teams to deliver fabrication-ready drawings. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed 3D models and shop drawings for millwork projects. • Utilize CAD software to create precise designs and drawings. • Conduct thorough quality control checks on all designs and drawings. • Provide timely and effective communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. • Work closely with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure design intent is met. • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and workflows.
