You set your shoulders under the fight against air pollution in our living environment. It is important that strict norms are followed. So you will be responsible for performing basic measurements of air quality at production companies throughout Flanders. In this role, you will always be with a colleague on the road, where you can fully find yourself under the motto 'two is always better than one!'.

A glimpse of your task package:

• As soon as you've double-checked that all necessary equipment is present in the vehicle, you leave together with your colleague for the client. Where you're going depends on the schedule that was neatly prepared for you by the planning team;
• Upon arrival, you bring the measuring equipment upstairs and set everything up to start the emission measurements. Your day can consist of gas analyses, particle measurements, determinations of dioxins, etc..;
• Do you register unusually high or low values? Then there's a possibility that your measurement device is incorrectly set or something else is going on. Thanks to your technical insight, you'll quickly identify the problem and get the situation resolved;
• At the end of your day, you enter the data from the measurements into the computer, label the samples, and bring them to the nearest office in Melsele, Zelzate or Olen, so that your colleagues can start with reporting and interpreting the obtained measurement results.
