Tenant Manager (m/w/d)

• As a Tenant Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of residential and commercial properties, including contract management.
• You will also serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, and service providers.
• You will monitor rent payments, conduct lease adjustments, and handle debt collection.
• In the event of maintenance and repair measures, you will coordinate with external service providers.
• Last but not least, you will prepare operating and heating cost accounts as well as reports.

You bring:

• You have successfully completed your commercial training in the real estate sector.
• In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the real estate sector, ideally with a focus on tenant management.
• Besides good knowledge of common MS Office applications, we are impressed by your very good German language skills at least at C1 level in writing and speaking.
• Good communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as a structured and team-oriented work style round out your profile.
