Property Manager (m/f/d)

This is what you will achieve with us:

• You will independently manage properties – integrated into an object-specific commercial administration team.
• You are the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and service providers and will handle correspondence and maintain master data.
• You will process incoming defect reports and coordinate their resolution, as well as renovation and refurbishment work – together with our technical team.
• You will work closely with our accounting team to prepare monthly property statements and operating cost statements.
• If necessary, you will conduct property inspections and get a picture of the situation on-site.

This is what you bring with you:

• You have successfully completed your training as a real estate agent or have several years of professional experience in property management.
• You also have good knowledge of tenancy law.
• You will convince us with your team spirit, initiative, and strong customer orientation.
• Good MS Office skills and very good German language skills at at least C1 level, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
