Rental Accountant (m/f/d) - permanent

Responsibilities

• Execution of ongoing accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting for medium-sized real estate companies
• Processing of invoices and maintenance of master data
• Participation in dunning procedures
• Preparation of ancillary cost statements
• Collaboration with our tax office on VAT pre-declarations and financial statements
• Participation in the preparation of analyses and reports for management and investors
• Important role as a central point of contact for internal departments such as Asset Management and Property Management

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in accounting as well as basic knowledge in controlling
• Initial experience in the real estate sector and in rental accounting
• Reliability, organizational skills, and communication skills
• Independent, proactive, and accurate and detail-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills as well as professional interaction with business partners
• Good sense of humor and empathy
