Tasks

• Performance of ongoing creditor and debtor accounting for medium-sized real estate companies
• Prioritization of invoices and maintenance of master data
• Participation in the collection process
• Preparation of supplementary expense statements
• Collaboration with our tax office on sales tax submissions and settlements
• Participation in the preparation of evaluations and reports for management and investors
• Important role as central point of contact for internal departments such as asset management and property management

Qualification

• Experience and expertise in accounting, including basic knowledge of controlling
• First experiences in the real estate sector and in tenant accounting
• Reliability, organizational strength, and communication skills
• Self-reliant, proactive, precise, and detailed work style
• Teamwork ability and professional handling of business partners
• A healthy sense of humor and empathy
