Rental Accountant (m/f/d) - Memmingen

For our renowned client from the construction and infrastructure sector, we are looking for a Rental Accountant (m/f/d) at the Memmingen location as soon as possible.

Our client is an established and successful company with many years of market presence and a diverse field of activity. To strengthen the commercial team, a reliable and structured personality is sought who enjoys working with numbers and a responsible role in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Support and processing of ongoing rental accounting
• Entry, verification, and booking of rental and operating cost invoices
• Monitoring of incoming payments and open items
• Performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Assistance with monthly and annual closing activities Maintenance and management of master data and relevant contract documents
• Communication with tenants, service providers, and internal contacts
• General support in the commercial area

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with experience in accounting or rental accounting
• Initial professional experience in accounting is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with accounting software
• Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
• Affinity for numbers and a good understanding of commercial contexts
• Independence as well as enjoyment of teamwork
