Middle/Senior Business Analyst (AdTech)

Job description

Job Description Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features and complex third-party integrations Create detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity for development and QA teams Collaborate closely with engineers, QA specialists, product managers, and client stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables Support planning, estimation, and release management processes within a multinational, distributed team Analyze advertising workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process optimization Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency with company standards and best practices Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and QA specialists to ensure effective communication and collaboration Provide input on project scope, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery Identify and escalate potential project risks and issues to ensure timely mitigation and resolution
