Middle Product Manager

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the iGaming or tech industry;
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch;
• Strong analytical skills — ability to translate data into actionable insights and product decisions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the company;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools Asana;
• Understanding of user experience design principles and best practices;
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving user problems.

• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing product features based on user feedback.
• Knowledge of performance marketing and analytics platforms.
• A background in data science or statistics.
• Experience in stakeholder management and leading product demos.

• Defining product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conducting market research to identify opportunities and competitive threats.
• Managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborating closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to bring products to market.
• Gathering and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
• Communicating updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.
