Middle Office Analyst - OTC Products

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Middle Office Analyst focused on OTC products to join our team in Singapore. The Middle Office team at HRT is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s post-trade platform. We design and operate the systems and processes that reconcile the firm’s global, multi-asset-class trading with our various brokers and counterparties, and we collaborate with multiple teams to research corporate actions, maintain commissions programs, and track all positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our post-trade operations. You will also work closely with our trading desks, risk management teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all positions are accurately reflected in our systems. In addition, you will assist in the development and maintenance of our middle office processes and procedures, as well as contribute to the improvement of our overall operational efficiency.
