Middle-level Safety Expert (MVK)

You're an MVK'er ready to make a difference in a process factory where safety is not just policy, but a living culture? At Cosun Beet Company, you'll be the safety specialist, questioner, and conscience of the organization. You contribute to a safety culture and report to the Team Leader Operational Safety.

Your role as safety expert. From policy to practice, where you make the difference.

As Middle-level Safety Expert, you'll work on developing, monitoring, implementing, and ensuring the safety policy. You bring awareness of safety and the safety culture to a higher level in our complex process environment. Every safety expert has their specialty, yours is work permits:

• Coordination of work permit process and related team
• Drafting and evaluating work permits
• Support for TRA's (Task Risk Analyses)
• Support for LOTOTO procedure (Lock Out, Tag Out, Try Out)
• Conduct field checks and audits

In addition, the following is important to you:

Policy & Compliance, You contribute to safety policy and work instructions that work in practice. By controlling and evaluating compliance with legal requirements, we remain compliant. You support the organization in safe working and promote the use of safety notifications for an open safety culture.

Research & Analysis, In case of incidents, you guide the research to learn from each situation. You analyze safety data for prioritization and identify proactive operational risks.

Advice & Implementation, As a safety specialist, you actively share knowledge on safety and motivate colleagues around safety. You set up RI&E's, advise on projects and process changes, and ensure compliance with CE-marking, ATEX, and other guidelines. By supporting the SHE pillar and adequate protective measures, you make safety integral.
