Mid to Senior Business Analyst – Banking & Financial IT

Your main responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements during project initiation and delivery phasesDevelop functional and non-functional requirements specifications and high-level solution designsSupport analytical work performed by vendors and internal banking unitsDefine and analyze banking processes in cooperation with business stakeholdersCollaborate with system architects, designers, and internal domain expertsPrepare and review user and automated test scenariosConduct functional testing and support business acceptance testingReview technical documentation, architecture, and applied technologiesSupport system parameterization and provide expert guidance post-implementation You’re ideal for this role if you have: At least five years of experience in a Business Analyst role working with business stakeholdersExperience in banking or financial IT projectsStrong knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and business operationsPractical experience in business and system requirements analysis and documentationSolid understanding of software engineering principles and IT system architectureExperience with system and data integration conceptsHands-on knowledge of relational databases and data modelingExperience in functional and UAT testing activitiesProficiency with analytical and documentation tools such as Jira or ConfluenceExcellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills It is a strong plus if you have: Knowledge of Agile methodologiesCertifications related to Business Analysis or Banking (e.g., CBAP, CFA) Language Required for the role: Polish (Good command)English (Communicative level) Eligibility for the role: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
