We are seeking two (2) Mid–Senior AI Engineers with 6–8 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on expertise in machine learning models, deep learning frameworks, and production-grade AI systems. You will work closely with engineering and data teams to build scalable, efficient, and high-performance AI solutions for a global client.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, ETL processes, and ML deployment workflows.
• Optimize model performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues across data, modeling, and system layers.
• Contribute to best practices for AI engineering, experimentation, and documentation.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in:

• Python
• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• Scientific computing libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or related roles.
• Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI/ML systems.

• Fluent English — Mandatory
• Fluent Spanish — Mandatory
• Italian — Nice to have

• Full-time, remote positions
• Candidates may be based in Latin America or other regions, but Spanish fluency is essential.
