- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with commercial partners, suppliers, and service providers
- Provide legal advisory support in matters related to corporate, contractual, consumer, and regulatory law
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal opinions and technical memoranda
- Contribute to the drafting and updating of internal policies, terms and conditions, and regulatory documents
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian legislation and sector-specific regulations
