Job description

Responsibilities- Work with project teams to develop electrical system designs
- Develop project specifications and requirements for electrical systems
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure specifications are met and materials are delivered on time
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical system issues during the construction phase
- Ensure all designs comply with company and industry standards and regulations
- Ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained
- Participate in design reviews and meetings with clients and other stakeholders
- Develop schedules, work assignments, and staffing requirements to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience focused on electrical drawings is a must.
- Knowledge of electrical industry standards and regulations
- Experience with SmartPlant 3D, SmartPlant Visual Lightning, Dialux, Sizer Cable Calculation.
- Develops 3D models utilizing drawings, sketches, and design skills. Checks and navigates in the 3D models for interferences and constructability.
- Model electrical components using vendor submittals and electrical designs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
