Mid Level Cloud Engineer (all genders) - 100% Remote

Do you have initial solid professional experience in the CloudOps environment, and do Kubernetes, Terraform, and pipelines belong to your daily work? Do you want to take responsibility and prove yourself with expertise? And work with colleagues who have been building and operating cloud infrastructure for years?

Then become our new Cloud Engineer (all genders)! The full-time position is available immediately, remotely from all over Germany.

• You have operationally accompanied cloud infrastructure in productive operation, not just in test environments.
• You have already described infrastructure as code and want to become better at it.
• You have deployed workloads on Kubernetes and can independently understand what is happening in the cluster.
• You have worked with existing CI/CD pipelines and extended them.
• You prefer automating to doing something by hand a second time.
• You work through problems independently and naturally seek a second opinion from the team if you are unsure about a solution path or get stuck.
• You enjoy learning new technologies, even if they are outside your current tasks and outside your comfort zone.
• You are communicative, a team player, and enjoy communicating with customers.
• You have very good English skills (min. C1) and optionally basic German skills.
• You know the software engineering lifecycle and enjoy automating solutions to make the work of developers and agents on your platform easier.

• We mainly use Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Currently, Azure, GCP, and Telekom Public Cloud are used as cloud providers.
• For CI pipelines, we use Gitlab CI, GitHub Actions, and occasionally Azure DevOps Pipelines, among others.
• Our workload is mainly operated on Kubernetes, and manifests are packaged and delivered using Helm.
• Our CD tools of choice are Argo CD and FluxCD.
