Job description
- Bring new customers on board. Your focus lies on new business development – you ensure that customers choose us;
- Generate and convert leads. Through networks, cold acquisition, and inbound leads, you ensure a full sales pipeline;
- Translate customer needs into digital solutions. You think about strategy, marketing, and technology;
- Work closely with our consultants. After the deal, you hand over customers to our consultants, who are responsible for the existing client relationship;
- Optimize the sales process. You use HubSpot to analyze sales data and improve our approach;
- Find opportunities in new markets. You help SB Group grow in new sectors and services.
- Hit & run sales with a strategic approach. You hunt for new customers and close the deal, without long-term client management;
- Much freedom and entrepreneurship. You decide how to bring in deals and have room to test new strategies;
- Working with a strong team. You focus on sales, while consultants manage existing client relationships;
- Opportunity for growth. Within 1-2 years, you can grow into Senior Business Developer or Team Lead Sales.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, and/or technology;
- You have a HBO education with relevance to sales, marketing, and/or technology;
- You're a real hunter with a commercial mindset and strong communication skills;
- You're result-oriented and get energy from scoring deals;
- You have experience with tenders and sales projects is a plus;
- You find it cool to often visit customers on location and build new relationships.
- We offer you a salary between € 3,200,- and € 4,200,- gross per month, based on your knowledge and work experience;
- A travel expense allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer;
- A company laptop;
