Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and support the manufacturing backup service (hardware and software) across Bosch plants worldwide.
- Implement and maintain the technical concept of the manufacturing backup solution in various application areas, aligned with business requirements and service level agreements.
- Execute and optimize operational processes by reviewing procedures and documentation related to monitoring, support, and operation of manufacturing backup solutions.
- Collaborate within an international team to operate, implement, replace, extend, update, and optimize global backup solutions.
- Handle troubleshooting, incident resolution, configuration, alerts, service requests, monitoring, and verification of manufacturing backups.
- Support ITIL-based processes, including Incident, Problem, Release, Change, and Configuration Management activities.
