Mid Finance Business Partner

This role will be responsible for providing strategic financial support to our business partners across various regions. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation. • Providing strategic financial support to business partners, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies. • Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and providing insights that drive informed decision-making. • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the organisation's financial performance and trends. • Providing timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools is an asset.
