Boeing Brazil is seeking Mid-Career Avionics Systems Engineer, reporting to the Avionics Manager, working out of the Sao Jose Dos Campos office. The Mid-Career Avionics System Engineer will join the team in defining and integrating avionics systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include: • Define and integrate avionics systems for commercial aircraft, including radar, navigation, and communication systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to avionics systems, identifying root causes and developing corrective actions. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for avionics systems, including design specifications, test procedures, and maintenance instructions. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of avionics systems. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in avionics engineering, with a focus on system design and integration. • Strong analytical skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with avionics systems, including radar, navigation, and communication systems. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for commercial aircraft. • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the program.
