Aufgaben

• Responsibility as Technical Service Owner for IT-Security-Services, including consulting the departments on client-, server- and Microsoft-365-security solutions
• Analyzing, evaluating, and continuously securing IT system landscapes taking into account current security best practices and compliance requirements
• Further development, administration, and optimization of Microsoft Defender-, Microsoft Sentinel- and Security-Monitoring-environments
• Processing and coordinating security incidents, including incident response, reporting, and analysis of security alerts from SOC-, Defender- and Sentinel-platforms
• Conducting threat hunting-, threat intelligence- and vulnerability management activities to proactively identify and minimize security risks
• Creating and maintaining security guidelines, technical documentation, and supporting audit-, compliance- and ISO-processes

Qualifikation

• A successful IT education or a study in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• Practical experience in the field of information security, cyber security and incident response
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Security Technologies and Security Operations, particularly with MDE, MDI, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Identity Protection
• Ideal would be first experiences with Microsoft Purview as well as in the Microsoft Security & Compliance environment
• Experience working with SIEM-, monitoring- and endpoint-management solutions such as Baramundi is advantageous
• Understanding of current IT security standards, vulnerability management and security best practices
