Here you take responsibility for strategically important large Microsoft projects that have gone off track – and bring them back onto the road to success with your experience, leadership, and clear direction.

Tasks

You take over when others no longer know what to do – especially with Microsoft projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for strategically important Microsoft projects such as Azure migrations, M365 rollouts, Dynamics implementations, or hybrid cloud architectures – precisely when they falter.

As an experienced Principal Project Manager with a technical Microsoft focus, you analyze the causes, lead confidently through escalations, are familiar with contractual matters, communicate at C-level, and implement targeted measures for stabilization and realignment.

You will manage complex software development and integration projects in the millions range with high technological depth – and ensure that Microsoft solutions deliver exactly what they promise: real impact, sustainable quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Many years of experience in managing complex Microsoft projects from an IT service provider perspective
• Leadership experience in larger, interdisciplinary teams
• In-depth knowledge of classic and agile project methods (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum) as well as contract and escalation management
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, assertiveness, and willingness to travel
