Job description

Do you enjoy moving between strategic consulting, technical architecture, and practical implementation? As a Microsoft Modern Work Architect (m/f/d) at Skaylink, you will accompany our customers from the initial vision through presales workshops to the successful implementation of modern Microsoft solutions. You will combine technological excellence with consulting strength and actively shape the digital working world of tomorrow.

What you do with us
  • Development of modern target architectures based on Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and Microsoft Security solutions.
  • Technical support for our sales teams in customer appointments, workshops, offer presentations, and presales activities.
  • Consulting clients on the introduction and further development of modern workplace and collaboration solutions.
  • Conception and implementation of migration, transformation, and Modern Work projects with a balanced mix of strategic architectural work and hands-on implementation.
  • Conducting discovery and architecture workshops as well as translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Active knowledge transfer within Skaylink and close collaboration with experts in the fields of Modern Work, Security, and Azure.

When you fit with us
  • You have many years of experience in the conception and implementation of Microsoft 365 Modern Work projects and are comfortable in both strategic and technical discussions.
  • You possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, as well as Security and Compliance solutions.
  • You enjoy presales activities, workshops, and customer discussions and can convey technical content to management and specialist levels in an audience-appropriate manner.
  • You enjoy working hands-on and have experience in the technical implementation, migration, and integration of modern workplace solutions.
  • You understand the interrelationships between Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern cloud architectures and view solutions holistically.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or adjacent AI technologies is a plus.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English and impress with a professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
  • Nice to have: Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert), MS-700 (Teams Administrator Associate), SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator Associate) or AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) underscore your technical and consulting expertise.
