Microsoft Licensing & Commercial Specialist

Experience previous in managing software products/licenses, preferably on the Microsoft segment;
Skills of communication and collaboration, with focus on building efficient relationships with partners and colleagues;
Knowledge of basic processes regarding procurement, contract management, and using ERP/CRM systems, with a desire to develop these competencies;
Capability of analysis and rapid adaptation to frequent changes in vendor policies;
Approach proactive, structured, and oriented towards solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Offering and support for the NOD reseller channel regarding Microsoft's product and service portfolio;
- Identifying and recommending optimal Microsoft licensing solutions within projects, in accordance with customer needs and vendor policies;
- Preparing, managing, and monitoring contracts, as well as placing related orders;
- Ensuring an efficient and predictable procurement process, aligned with internal objectives and Microsoft targets;
- Operating and tracking acquisition procedures in internal systems, with accuracy and respect for deadlines;
- Coordinating and implementing Microsoft campaigns on the channel, in direct collaboration with the marketing department;
- Managing and optimizing Microsoft funds within internal systems, including negotiating programs and budgets with the vendor.
- Providing commercial and operational support to resellers, to facilitate sales growth and compliance with partnership policies;
- Constantly monitoring Microsoft announcements, policies, and updates, with a role in dissemination and rapid adaptation on the channel.
