About the Job Experience: 7-9 years Work Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Designation: Module lead (Microsoft Fabric Data engineer) Role Description: We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong Microsoft Fabric and Python skills to build and deliver production-grade data pipelines for a specialty medical stop loss insurance enterprise's claims modernization platform. You will own end-to-end pipeline development across assigned workstreams — ingestion, transformation, data quality, and Governance. This role requires expertise in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems using Microsoft Fabric and Python. The ideal candidate should have experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, or AWS Glue. Additionally, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain large-scale data processing systems using Microsoft Fabric and Python. • Develop and implement data pipelines for claims modernization platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the entire pipeline. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data processing and pipeline development. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to open-source projects as needed.
