Tasks

• Analyse and implementation of department requirements as well as translation into Business-Central-solutions
• Configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Maintenance and continuous optimization of existing BC processes and functions
• between departments, IT, and external service providers/implementation partners
• Coordination, testing, and acceptance of updates, extensions, and new modules
• Support for users in their daily work (2nd- / 3rd-Level-Support)
• Documented processes, solutions, and system adaptations
• Training and enablement of key users and end-users

Qualification

Educational background & qualification: You hold a completed degree in (Business-) Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable IT education.

Experience: You already bring several years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central environment - ideally with project leadership.

Process understanding: You understand business processes and are able to efficiently transfer customer-specific business processes into ERP systems.

Work style: You work responsibly, think entrepreneurially, and take over responsibility for projects and results.

Soft skills: You are communicative, committed, and characterized by a structured, goal- and customer-oriented working style.

Languages: You have fluent German and English language skills.
