Tasks

As Microsoft Dynamics Developer, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• CRM Development: Responsibility for support, optimization, and development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape in the areas of Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
• Solution Design: Analyze technical requirements together with Product Owners and develop sustainable solutions in coordination with the Solution Architect.
• Custom Development: Extension of Dynamics 365 through individual adaptations as well as development in C# and TypeScript.
• Interface Development: Development and maintenance of integrations to third-party systems like SAP, Reporting Services, web frontends, and backend components.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Independent handling of complex support cases and technical implementation of new user stories.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless system integration.

Qualification

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in development with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 (areas Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights)
• Fundamental experience in plugin development with C# as well as Dynamics-UI-development with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Proven experience in adapting forms, menu changes, data models, and dashboards.
• Very good knowledge of the Power Platform, especially Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Custom Pages.
• Outstanding analytical skills as well as fundamental knowledge of SQL and Fetch.
• Very good German and fluent English skills.
• Interest in new technologies, high learning readiness, and openness to personal further development.
