Scope of responsibilities: Maintenance and ongoing support of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 system Analysis and resolution of system operation inquiries Diagnosing problems, analyzing causes of errors, and implementing fixes Handling and maintenance of existing integrations and cooperation with teams responsible for related systems Monitoring system stability and correct operation Requirements: Practical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM version 2015 Experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Experience in maintaining CRM class systems in a production environment Ability to analyze problems, diagnose errors, and independently search for causes Independence and responsibility for the assigned system Nice to have: Experience in the telecommunications industry or in large organizations We offer: Access to a language training platform Constant consultant support Employee referral program
