We are looking for a Dynamics 365 F&SCM Developer to join an important project within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

Role Mission

The Dynamics 365 F&SCM Developer will be responsible for the development, customization, and integration of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

The resource will collaborate with technical and functional teams to support the evolution of the platform, handling the design and implementation of customizations, integrations, and developments in a Dynamics 365 Cloud environment.

⚙️ Main Responsibilities

• Development and customization of solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)
• Technical analysis of requirements and translation of business needs into application solutions
• Implementation of customizations, extensions, and new functionalities on the Dynamics 365 platform
• Development and management of integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
• Support for the evolutionary and corrective maintenance activities of the solution
• Collaboration with functional, technical teams, and client stakeholders during the various project phases
• Participation in testing, release, and optimization activities of the developed solutions

Required Skills

• Experience in development on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)
• Skills in development and customization of the Dynamics 365 Cloud environment
• Knowledge of the main development and customization logic of the Dynamics 365 platform

The position is classified within the CCNL Commercio e Terziario applied by our company. The placement within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be considered with prior internal approval.

Salary Ranges:

Dynamics 365 F&SCM Developer Junior (1–3 years of experience): €30,000 – €35,000

Dynamics 365 F&SCM Developer Middle (3–5 years of experience): €35,000 – €45,000

Dynamics 365 F&SCM Developer Senior (5+ years of experience): €45,000 – €55,000
