Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Leader (m/w/d) sought - Raum Würzburg

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft-Partner with a focus on medium-sized enterprises to lead a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Leader (m/w/d) in an unlimited term of employment. The company has been supporting its customers for approximately 20 years with tailored ERP- and Cloud-Lösungen and employs around 60 employees. The focus lies on the Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen, reducing workloads sustainably.

The workplace is located in Würzburg. A Remote-Tätigkeit von bis zu vier Tagen pro Woche is possible from time to time.

The project focus lies on Migrations from Dynamics NAV to Business Central as well as on New implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central. Both older NAV versions and current BC SaaS-Lösungen, especially in the producing environment, are used. You will work closely with a team of around 30 experienced Business-Central-Consultants. Task allocation is done jointly, individual strengths are deliberately utilized. With corresponding performance, clear development and career prospects open up. The position reports directly to the Operations Lead, who is subordinate to the management.

Aufgaben:

• Gesamtverantwortung für ERP-Projekte in fachlicher und kaufmännischer Hinsicht
• Steuerung und Umsetzung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lösungen
• Planung und Koordination von Projektressourcen
• Kontrolle von Budgets, Terminen und Projektfortschritten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden während des gesamten Projektverlaufs
• Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung der Projektteams
• Strukturierte Aufgabenverteilung und Förderung einer konstruktiven Teamkultur
• Analyse von Anforderungen und Übersetzung in funktionale Geschäftsprozesse
• Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten, Dokumentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
• Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Anwendern, Consultants und Entwicklern
• Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Präsentationen
• Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch Aufwandsschätzungen

Qualifikation:

• Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV / 365 Business Central
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP-Projekten und Geschäftsprozessen
• Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten
• Sehr gutes Verständnis des BC-Standards, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld
• Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative
• Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
• Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Empathie
• Wirtschaftliches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
