Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer/Consultant with technical and functional focus, highly hands-on, who participates in end-to-end implementation, evolution, and support of Business Central (BC SaaS).
The role combines functional configuration, development in AL, integrations, and technical accompaniment to junior and mid-level profiles when the project requires

Desired profile

• Senior with 5+ years of experience in Dynamics NAV/Business Central (ideally 2+ years in BC SaaS).
• Solid experience in:

• Functional configuration (financial module + at least 2 additional modules).
• Development in AL with good practices.
• Integrations via APIs and web services, including error handling, retries, and logging.
• ERP processes: accounting, purchases, sales, inventory, taxes.

Experience in end-to-end projects: discovery → implementation → go-live → support. Excellent technical/functional documentation and communication with business users.Capacity to prioritize, work independently, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Tools and technologies

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV).
• Language AL.
• APIs OData/REST, Web Services.
• Azure (Logic Apps, Functions; desirable Service Bus, Key Vault).
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Data migration and ETL tools.
• Version control and DevOps practices (desirable).

Main responsibilities

• Lift requirements with key users and translate them into functional and technical designs.
• Configure and parameterize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (finance, purchases, sales, inventory, projects, etc.).
• Develop extensions and personalizations using AL (apps, events/subscribers, pages, reports, permissions).
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations via APIs OData/REST, web services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Platform.
• Execute data migrations (templates, Data Exchange, RapidStart, ETL), ensuring cleanliness and validation of the information.
• Ensure solution quality: functional testing and UAT, change control, deployments, documentation, and user training.
• Monitor and optimize continuously performance, security, permissions, and auditing.
• Mentor junior and mid-level profiles, and coordinate technical activities with partners or providers when applicable.
