As we automate more of our content production, scheduling, and reporting processes, we are looking for a strategic implementor who can take ownership of our Microsoft CRM instance and drive adoption across the company. As the Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of our Microsoft CRM system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure the system, provide training, and ensure user adoption. Responsibilities: * Lead the implementation of the Microsoft CRM system, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. * Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments to ensure the CRM system meets their needs. * Design and implement CRM solutions, including workflows, dashboards, and reports. * Configure and customize the CRM system to align with business processes and requirements. * Develop and deliver training to end-users on how to effectively use the CRM system. * Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM users. * Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system. * Collaborate with IT and other teams to manage and maintain the CRM system. * Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM features and functionalities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft CRM systems. * Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
