Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Solutions Consultant (m/f/d)

• Conception, development, and operation of intelligent agents and multi-agent solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Design and implementation of generative AI solutions with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI and further Azure AI Services.
• Development of suitable solution architectures including orchestration, Retrieval Augmented Generation and connection of corporate data.
• Integration of connectors, APIs, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems.
• Conducting technical discovery workshops as well as implementing prototypes, Proof of Value, pilot projects, and production-ready solutions.
• Co-designing our Agent as a Service offering as well as consulting on security, governance, Responsible AI, operation, and scaling.

• Practical experience in developing agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio and ideally in implementing multi-agent scenarios.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services or comparable platforms for generative AI.
• Technical understanding of Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, Orchestration, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and data integration.
• Experience with Power Platform, connectors, REST APIs, automation, and enterprise architectures.
• Knowledge of security, governance, data protection, compliance, and responsible AI in an enterprise context.
• Team player, joy for innovation, and fluent communication in German and English.
• One or more relevant Microsoft certifications, for example AI-900, AI-102, AB-100, AB-620, or AB-730, or the willingness to obtain them promptly.
