Aufgaben

You want to not just manage a single product, but work comprehensively in modern Microsoft-365 environments?
Then you're at the right place. We're looking for no pure specialist for a specific tool, but an IT generalist with technical understanding, curiosity, and the claim to sustainably shape complex customer environments.

• Bring people together: You ensure smooth communication flows and seamless data exchange among our customers – both advisory and operational.
• Use all possibilities: You're not afraid of new topics and terms like Exchange, Entra, Teams, AD, and Sharepoint are no foreign words to you.
• Makes it better: Whether on-premises or in the cloud – you always find the perfect solution and build completely new structures or accompany your customers during their migration into the ideal communication system.
• Provides insight: With your clear technical documentation and active trainings-on-the-job, you make your customers understand all functions and features.
• Stay organized: You coordinate your projects independently, organize your appointments yourself, and keep track of things.
• Becomes part of the family: When you need help, we're there for you. In return, you support your colleagues with expertise and help them with questions gladly.

Qualification

• Kundenorientierung: You enjoy direct contact with your customers and advise them honestly and competently. Additionally, you can explain and present your solutions in a way that's easy for non-experts to understand.
• Fahrkünste: You possess a class B driver's license.
• Erfahrung: Ideally, you have completed an education in the field of computer science or a technically oriented study and already have several years of professional experience – with comparable knowledge, you're also welcome to us.
• Know-how: You have a deep understanding of complex groupware solutions and collaborative software. Ideally, you're already at home in the Microsoft universe and bring fundamental knowledge in the following areas:
  - Administration of on-premises environments: Active Directory, Certificate Services, Exchange Server, File Services, Sharepoint Server
  - Hybrid approaches: Entra Connect, Exchange Hybrid
  - Cloud solutions: Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint Online
