Microsoft 365 Supporter (m/w/d) - Frankfurt a.M.

We are looking for an IT-Supporter (m/w/d) to strengthen our team in Frankfurt a.M. for our Microsoft 365 area.

As M365 2nd-Level-Supporter (m/w/d), you will handle complex inquiries and disturbances around Microsoft 365, ensure a stable operation, and act as a technical interface between First Level, 3rd Level, and Consulting.

Tasks

• Qualified analysis and handling of complex incidents and service requests in the Microsoft-365 area
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and sustainable solution finding
• Ensuring a stable and performant operation of M365 services
• Tight cooperation with First-Level Support as well as escalation to 3rd Level or Consulting teams when necessary
• Documented solutions, processes, and best practices
• Support for changes, rollouts, and smaller optimization projects
• Participation in the continuous improvement of support processes and service quality

Qualification

• You have professional experience, study or training in the IT field
• Good to very good knowledge of the Microsoft product portfolio including MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner
• Ideal would be if you already have experience in M365 administration
• ITIL knowledge
• Structured and independent working style
• Good communication skills as well as a quick understanding ability
• German in writing and speaking (C2) / English at least B2
