Job description
For LUMC we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist. As an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist, you will be the point of contact for users with questions and problems regarding Microsoft 365. You ensure that users can work optimally and pleasantly. Furthermore, you continuously look at how the Microsoft 365 environment can be set up and improved to be smarter, more stable, and user-friendly.

- You possess an HBO work and thinking level;
- You have at least 4 years of demonstrable experience as a Microsoft 365 Specialist, with a strong focus on user support and environment improvement;
- You gain energy from helping users and can explain technical solutions clearly and understandably;
- You are communicatively strong, service-oriented, pragmatic, and stress-resistant;
- You work independently, are proactive, and always think one step ahead;
- You have a good analytical ability and look beyond symptom treatment;
- You have in-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and the Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
