Microsoft 365 Engineer (m/f/d), 100% Remote

Kigen IT is a specialized IT system house for Microsoft 365, Security, and Compliance. We support customers throughout Germany, almost entirely remotely. We are looking for reinforcements for our technical team for our managed service customers.

Tasks

• You will independently support our managed service customers and be their dedicated technical contact person.
• Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Teams.
• Support of hybrid environments with Active Directory, Entra Connect, and Exchange Hybrid.
• Implementation and maintenance of security baselines, Conditional Access, and Defender.
• Processing of tickets, changes, and smaller projects.
• Participation in automation with PowerShell and Graph.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience with hybrid environments (Active Directory, Entra Connect, ideally Exchange Hybrid).
• Confident handling of Intune and Conditional Access.
• PowerShell knowledge.
• Independent, structured way of working and good communication with customers.
• Very good German language skills.
• Advantageous: Purview, Defender, certifications such as MD-102, SC-300, or MS-102.
