Microsoft 365 Consultant (m/w/d)

As a member of our team, you support our customers on their path to digital transformation and successfully implement digitalization projects. This includes apps, BI reports & dashboards, and automations. With knowledge of ERP systems and SQL, you make important company data and KPIs visible.
You are familiar with the products of the M365 Suites, drive modern work forward, and share your experience and ideas with customers and colleagues (m/w/d). You can also explain complex processes to end-users in a clear and concise manner. 
You analyze and optimize, together with our customers, their business processes and have fun learning about new and exciting topics.

Tasks

• You advise our customers on the conception, design, and implementation of digital processes.
• You maintain and expand the functionality of industry software and create connections between data silos.
• You analyze existing business processes and implement smart automations using the Power Platform and KI tools.
• You create reports in PowerBi and support our ERP experts in creating and managing complex SQL queries.
• As an expert, you support third-level support and help your colleagues with complex questions.
• You lead user training sessions and ensure that our knowledge databases continue to grow.
• You take responsibility for the conception and implementation of customer-specific solutions

Qualification

• Completed education or study in the IT field or equivalent practical work experience
• Fundamental knowledge of the Microsoft 365 world (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online) and the Power Platform
• Experience in administering cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure
• Analytical thinking, a high level of service orientation, and communication and team skills
• Interest in new technologies, particularly those in the Microsoft ecosystem
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Plus points are Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-102, PL-900) and knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, Python, or C#
