Microsoft 365 Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for an IT Consultant (m/w/d) to strengthen our team in Frankfurt a.M. for our Microsoft 365 department.

As M365 Consultant (m/w/d), you will accompany our customers comprehensively – from requirements analysis to conception and implementation, training, operation, and handover to support. You will combine technical expertise with conceptual strength and also support in tenders and cost estimates.

Tasks

• Comprehensive consulting for our customers around Microsoft 365
• Planning, introduction, and optimization of M365 solutions
• Accompanying migration and implementation projects
• Creating governance, authorization, and operation concepts
• Technical conception, documentation, and cost estimates (e.g., in tenders)
• Conducting workshops and training sessions
• Support during operation

Qualification

• You have professional experience, study or training in the IT sector
• Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly in the collaboration area (Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, OneDrive, and Exchange Online) as well as M365 Security & Compliance (e.g., Entra, Conditional Access, Purview)
• Experience in migration or implementation projects for M365
• Knowledge with Intune / Endpoint Management
• Administration experience
• Structured and independent working style
• Good communication skills and a quick understanding ability
• German in writing and speaking (C2) / English at least B2
