As a Microsoft 365 & Azure Engineer, you will take responsibility for projects from analysis to successful completion.

Tasks

Drive projects, design solutions

‍You combine operations, automation, and project work: You ensure stable operation, automate recurring tasks, and develop sustainable solutions with the goal of a first-class customer experience. Your focus is clearly on the implementation and further development of new projects – from the initial requirement to productive go-live:‍

• Analysis of customer requirements
• Technical conception and solution design
• Implementation and deployment
• Testing and quality assurance
• Automation and standardization of operational processes
• Handover, documentation, and knowledge transfer

‍Your tasks‍

• Planning and implementation of Microsoft 365 projects (Identity, Endpoint, Security, Collaboration)
• Implementation and optimization of Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender
• Architecture and configuration of Azure services in the Modern Workplace context
• Introduction and governance of Microsoft Copilot
• Evaluation and integration of AI use cases into existing Microsoft environments
• Development of security and authorization concepts
• Automation of processes (PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Automation)
• Technical consulting of clients at the engineering level
• Independent project management, including responsibility for quality and deadlines

‍You will drive projects independently and bring them to a successful conclusion.‍

Qualification

Who we are looking for

‍We are looking for personalities with technical depth and the ability to implement.‍

• You have experience with Microsoft 365 in a project context
• You know Intune, Entra ID, and Defender from practical experience
• You have Azure know-how or want to expand it specifically
• Copilot and AI are not buzzwords for you, but opportunities
• You work in a structured and independent manner
• You enjoy taking ownership of your projects
• You communicate professionally with clients

‍Experience in one or more areas is ideal:‍

• Microsoft 365 Architecture
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• Intune & Endpoint Management
• Microsoft Defender Suite
• Azure Infrastructure or PaaS
• Copilot Enablement & Governance
• Automation / Scripting

‍Certifications are welcome, but your technical aspiration is more important.‍
